Anyway on to my blog post...which I must admit I had forgotten to write up earlier this week after I made my Tag.
Over at Tag Tuesday teamie Michele has chosen the theme of Seeds & Plants.
I die cut my tag from some spare card that I had used spray inks on, sort of a mottled green and gray colours.
I found these fab vintage seed packet fronts, so I distressed the edges and adhered them to my tag. I added some hessian, lace and tied that with some muslin.
Over that I adhered the spray of flowers...finally flicking it with slightly watered down white paint, although that didn't show up to well on the tag itself.
There is still time to enter our challenge here at

Gorgeous tag Sandy. Love the lace and hessian. Hope you feel better soon, hugs, Valerie
Wow, are there any of us who don't have Fibromyalgia? Did not know we shared that! I hear you on the pain meds. I limit myself to one 50 mg tramadol a day (script says 3x day), but I don't take that many because I can still feel it kick in and that's such a wonderful feeling, right? NO PAIN (for a little while). My doc has me on Cymbalta for the FM and it does help as long as my other arthritis's don't gang bang me, then all bets are off, LOL. I do hope you continue to recover and heal 150%! You lucky duck you have a new knee! Yay!
Anyway, I love love your tag in that vintage shabby style. Just a lovely little collage all tied up with a bow. Happy weekend! xoxo
this tag is thoroughly stunning! absolutely gorgeous. i am sorry about your pain and sleep troubles though. sending love. xo
