Nautical Theme...

 Time for another challenge over at Tag Tuesday and this time around it is my theme of Nautical.

I chose this theme because I think there is a wide variety of interpretations of it, from Boats/Ships, Sea, Lighthouses, Sea Creatures, Pirates, the list is endless. You can have Modern or Vintage images, just so long as they are within the Nautical theme.

Here are my Tags...

 For this tag, I went with a traditional image of yachts being viewed from some rocks.

This tag was created using a Rick St Dennis image of a cute Mermaid on her Seahorse.

I did highlight a few areas with glitter as you can see below.

There is a 3rd Tag, which I shall add here mid challenge.

Steampunk-ish?

 I was delighted to be asked to host this sunday's challenge over at Sunday Postcard Art

I have chosen the theme Steampunk-ish, simply anything that relates to Steampunk, there are so many options so I am really looking forward to checking out all the entries.

Fishy Postcard...

Just sharing with you my postcard for Sunday Postcard Art 

The theme " Fish " this week has been chosen by Sabine, do pop over and check out her postcard.

Here is my Fishy Postcard.

I inked up the outer edges of my postcard and then added all the stamped images.

On her Travels....

 Over at Tag Tuesday  they have a Travel theme going on, chosen by our lovely Valerie.

Tags only, but any style and medium, just pop in and join us all.

Here is my Travel Tag...

I created my tag by inking up the background and  used a map stamp, then over that the Voyage stamp.

I then added some tickets and the lovely lady.

Comic Book

 It's been a while since I played at Sunday Postcard Art, so I thought it was about time I joined in with them again.

The theme there this sunday is Comic Book, chosen by Amy.

Here is my Comic Book Postcard...

I used a page from an very old comic to cover my postcard, then swiped white and blue paint over it, wiped back some areas with a wet wipe.

Once dry I added some dark spots through a stencil and then added the main images, also from the comic book.

 Over at Tag Tuesday Michele has chosen "Hats" as the theme for our current challenge.
