Beside the Sea

Summer seems to be on it's way, well that's quoting the weather man...I'll believe it when I see it as I am sat here with my central heating on tonight!
I want to share my Tag with you all...I made it especially for the Crafty Individual Challenge.

The theme is " Anything Goes"....but you must use at least one of their products....easy for me as I have a stack of their fabulous stamps.
The base for my tag was die cut from a sheet of art card that I had been experimenting with...a lovely mottled background of greens and yellows with a speckle of blue, not that you can see much of it.
I used stamps from two sets, the postcard was one stamp, then the lady with the parasol, beach huts and post mark were from the other set....I went around the edges of the tag with distress ink.
Couldn't resist using a little mixed media and added some mesh, shells, drift wood etc, finishing with some raffia and bakers twine for a bow...
Hope you like it...

Oh Sandie, this is fabulous. Love how you have used these CI stamps on a tag. They work perfectly. The shells and embellishments make a great frame along the bottom. Thank you for joining in the Crafty Individuals Challenge.

This is lovely Sandie! I especially like the way you have incorporated 'real' objects in. Let's hope it is a sign for summer, Jane :) X
