The canvas insert in the lid I covered with lace and then gessoed it all over, once dry I used a light gold Glimmer Mist spray to colour it.I got as far as adding the flowers and old Mr Mojo just chose that moment to disappear...sob.
So all that was added were the corner pieces and the clock...I had ideas for a vintage image, but the more I played the more of a mess I made,so it was best to leave it as it was...hope you like it.

This is a fabulous little box, I love every little detail to it xx Zoe xx
Your box looks gorgeous. Perhaps your mojo upped and left because it decided that it was perfect as it is and didn't need anything else.
You did a beautiful box.
Gorgeous, love how it turned out.

I love the way the bold red and yellow roses stand out against the neutral background. Blessings!
Don't you hate it when the mojo just dies?? When that happens I think it's a sign to put it aside and leave well enough alone... if you push it, it never looks quite right.
I love the little box just like it is :)
The box is adorned so beautifully and your mojo took the right moment to go on a break as its just perfect.
