Isn't the image of this girl just gorgeous...what a find too. I popped in to my local "Crafty Hands" craft shop and they had some "scraps" for sale, so I grabbed a few packets, all vintage of course, but out of all the scraps,this is my favourite. She fits perfectly for the theme "Flowers" for this weeks challenge over at
http://eclecticellapu.blogspot.co.uk/ Make anything you like but you must follow the theme.
I used backing paper on my tag, then I added the scrap image. Added 2 layers of lace and then found some fabby red roses,which I highlighted with inca gold. The sentiment was computor generated and I distressed the edges with red inks, same as I have done on the tag. The final touch was adding the red gems and ribbon.
